This pretty little hostess apron is made of crisp, sheer Celtic green organza and features a heart shaped pocket edges in white.

The skirt of the apron has a ruffle around it.

Measurements:

16" from side to side of skirt of the apron

1"deep ruffle

1" deep waistband

tails: 26.5" long each

20" long from bottom of waist band to hem of ruffle.

Freshly laundered, ready to party.

The seams on this are a bit wavy, indicating this is possibly home sewn.

Still, this is clean, and fresh with no visible (nor major) flaws.

These vintage hostess aprons were worn at every bridal shower and graduation party back in the 60s: any one who served food, or poured punch, or picked up trays all wore hostess aprons to keep their pretty party dresses clean. So, revive an old wedding or cocktail party tradition, or begin one of your own. This is also the perfect color for a St. Patrick's Day party apron, or to gift to a friend who is known for her fantastic Christmas holiday hosting skills.
