HERE’S AN ARTIST-SIGNED ORIGINAL VINTAGE JAPANESE PORCELAIN ART PLATE THAT DISPLAYS A BEAUTIFULLY-RENDERED HAND-PAINTED FICTITIOUS LANDSCAPE SCENE COMPRISED OF TWO (2) OF JAPAN’S MOST IMPORTANT LANDMARKS, INCLUDING A PURPLE SNOW-CAPPED MOUNT (MT.) FUJI ALONG WITH THE GREAT FLOATING RED TORRI GATE FOR THE ITSUKUSHIMA SHINTO SHRINE SITUATED IN HIROSHIMA BAY!

Dimensions: The plate measures approximately eight and one eighth inches (8 1/8”) in diameter by one inch (1”) in height.

Signature: This fine hand-painted porcelain art plate is signed on the front-side bottom left area with an artist’s signature that appears to read “M. Fujioku” (but this is open to interpretation).

Condition: Generally excellent and clean condition with very minor wear to the gold-leaf border and a couple of small unobtrusive and barely visible scratches. Overall, still quite a beauty!

Provenance: Acquired from an estate in Scottsdale, Arizona.
