An English built 3.5" Gauge live steam locomotive The "Princess Royal" operated by L M S the London Midland Scottish railway which ran between London Euston and Glasgow Central.
According to its previous owner the model took 5 years to build from 1946 - 1951. The model has never been fired.
These magnificent objects are handmade in England by model engineers, often years are spent building the models from scratch. A locomotive like this is capable of pulling several adults or children around a garden railway / railroad.
