Very interesting book, "The History of the Devil, Ancient and Modern", copyright 1837, published by David Talcott & Co..2 volumes in one book containing a state of the devil's circumstances, from his expulsion out of heaven to the creation..with remarks on the several mistakes concerning his fall...I have taken photos of the contents...

hard cover displays wear as seen in photos, spine is strong with all pages attached...book is complete, contains 408 pages...all interior pages display foxing, age toning and soiling in varying degrees...all pages are very readable..front blank page has an ink line on one side and a message written in pencil on the other side which has faded...book measures 6 3/4" X 4 1/2"...hard to find book to read, add to your collection..
