The book "The Great Chicago Theater Disaster", the Iroquois Theater, the complete story told by the survivors, edited by Marshall Everett, published by Publishers Union of American, copyright 1904; title pages reads in part "presenting a vivid picture by pin and camera of one of the greatest fire horrors of modern times, detailed narratives by participants of the horror; profusely illustrated (with photographs) with views of the scene of death before, during, and after the fire" plus much more...I have taken photos of the table of contents (photos 2,3,4)..
hard back cover displays wear, corner bumps, soiling, spine is soft, soiled page ends, all pages attached, contains 368 pages with appox 16 pages in back (not numbered) with photographs of some of the victims; front interior board is cracked and slightly loose; interior pages having light age toning, first few pages having rippling, a short page tear, some finger smudges, also a top corner crease through page 63; no other page tears or creasing noted.....book measures 9 1/4" X 6 1/2".....great true story book to add to your collection..
