Here is a highly unusual and stunning 5 piece EAPG caster and cruet set with an all glass, highly ornate, and unidentified pattern for the base and glass columns that create the handle. The base pattern, consists of star bursts, diamonds, and stars while the bottle holders have a brass braided pattern. There are two cruets with stoppers, a shaker and perhaps a mustard jar with a lidded cover with a hole for a spoon and the four bottles have a zippered pattern. The base measures approx. 8 1/2" tall to top of columns, 6 1/4" long, and 2" tall from ground to floor of base where bottles are seated. The two cruets measure approx. 5 1/2" tall to top of stoppers, the shaker is 4 3/4" tall, and the mustard approx. 4 3/4" to top of lid finial. The base is in excellent condition with no damage. The two cruets are in excellent condition with the exception some minimal chipping to the base of the stoppers but seal perfectly. The mustard is in very good condition with chipping/rough spots to the rim which does not prevent screwing cap on and a split to the side of the cap. The shaker has the same chips/roughness to the glass rim but cover screws on perfectly, and a few dings to the pouring spouts, some corrosion and all metal caps are tarnished. There is light wear to the bottles commensurate with age since the set dates to the 1800s. The set weighs two pounds 2 ounces. We are happy to accept lay-a-ways!
