Here is a very old 1800s Staffordshire Pratt ware creamer with a double sided cameo in relief featuring on one side a lion with a boy, and the other side a lion or dog with a boy as well. This much sought after creamer features fluted panels with upper & lower borders of brown paint surrounding the creamer, a lower section of basketweave pattern, and brown beading encircling both cameos, all on a cream background. The creamer measures approx. 4 3/4" tall to top of handle, and approx. 4 1/2" from handle to spout, and I estimate the creamer to date to around 1850. The creamer is in very good condition with wear commensurate for its age, crazing and an old repair at the spout (see pix).We are happy to accept lay-a-ways!
