Gorgeous 1960s filigree clamper bracelet with a Victorian style in lacy gold tone metal and art glass cabochons. Measurements: opening is 2-1/2 X 2-1/4 inches when closed. It opens over 4 inches for ease of putting it on. The open work, filigree, decorative front is 3-1/4 inch X 1-1/4 inch. The embossed band is 5/8 inches wide.
In mint condition and quite gorgeous.
The two piece bracelet has a strong hinge and a secure, slide and lock clasp.
The filigree front is done in open work. It is fabulous. It is very detailed: swirled, curled and dotted with tiny balls of metal. There are three art glass cabochons. The center cab is a faux fire opal. The two flanking stones are faux amethyst.
The solid metal band has rolled edges. It is decorated with embossed flowers, swirling and curling over the surface.
This quality gold tone metal has darkened highlights to accentuate the design, lending an antique look to the piece.
Above excellent condition. Superb.
