1950s Full Slip Red Nylon Accordion Illusion Bust 38 Size Medium - Large Lingerie. This full length slip is in above excellent condition. Bust is up to 38, best for a B or C cup, under bust 32, waist 30, hip up to 40, length is adjustable by moving the metal guides on the satin straps. Best for an average height. Note: this has been washed but not ironed. The mannequin is size 32 bust so the fit is not that great in the pictures.
The fitted bust is done in accordion pleated illusion. The straps are satin with metal guides. The bodice is slightly fitted. Scalloped Chantilly style lace trims the bodice and hemline. There are two flower lace appliques at one side of the skirt.
The skirt falls in a gentle "A" line. The color is True Red. The fabric is 100% nylon. The label is DORSEY with the number 38 on it for bust size 38.
This is in above excellent condition. No holes, repairs, weak seams, spots or odor.
Wash on gentle when needed, as I did, for many years of enjoyment! Send any questions. I will reply as soon as possible.
