Sterling Silver Onyx and Marcasite Necklace Elegant Edwardian Swag Design. This is a graceful, feminine necklace. It measures 18 inches end to end. The centerpiece is 3 inches across and has a drop of 2-1/2 inches. It doesn't get more feminine or elegant than this necklace. Perfect to wear with black or silver earrings.
Features: fluid double chain with station enhancements to facilitate a draped presentation. Undulating swoops of sterling in the center that accent a double bow and a teardrop black onyx cab. All are accented with sparkling marcasites.
Made in the elegant style of the Edwardian Era, this mint condition beauty is circa 1990.
There is a lot of depth and open work. It is very 3-D and tremendously fluid. There are intentional low lights for an antique presentation. Marked .925 on the clasp as well as on the back of the pendant.
I find no damage. Just gorgeous. This has been lightly polished.
