This a nice vintage 14K gold charm bracelet for sale. It is the second of three charm bracelets that I will be posting from a SW Florida estate. The chain is marked 14K and has 9 charms total. The charms consist of a 14K gold birthday charm, a jade Buddha in a 14K gold mount, a 14K gold cornucopia charm with tiny semi-precious stones, a 14K gold initials charm ("E.J."), a semi-precious stone with a delicate gold-etched sunflower (setting unmarked but probably 14K gold), a reddish colored Mercury cameo in unmarked mount (probably gold-filled), and three gold-filled hair/picture lockets, two with semi-precious stones.
The birthday charm says, "Happy Birthday" and features a small cultured pearl and a tiny amethyst set into a floral motif. The charm has an ornate filigree border and is marked 14K.
The Buddha has faint surface wear commensurate with age. The cameo, which may be carnelian, also has faint wear and a scratch on the reverse but no chips.
The three lockets are of various designs. One is round with a crescent moon and star set with rhinestones, the second is diamond-shaped with a fleur de lis design also set with rhinestones, and the third is a squarish shape with elaborate chasing on one side. The latter two also bear script initials on the reverse. The round locket retains an inner glass panel; the other two do not.
The chain consists of entwined triple links with interspersed hearts and an ornate clasp. Total weight of the bracelet is 56.5 grams and length is 7" end to end. The effective length is closer to 6" when the elaborate clasp and end charms are taken into account. My sense is that all of the charms all date to the first half of the 20th century, with the lockets likely dating close to the Edwardian period.
