A wonderful pearl dress ring from the 1970's! A distinct modernist design featuring an upswept shank curved and forming up into a bypass design, with the pearl nestled in the centre. The cultured Akoya pearl is 6.60mm in size and displays a nice lustre and very clean skin. Accented to the top of bypass is a 'criss-cross' engraving, and there is a milgrain edge to either side of the bypass. The sides of ring form down into a flat round profile measuring 4.00mm to 3.00mm wide at base. The ring is made in 9k yellow gold with the carat stamp placed on the inside of shank '9ct' and 'EMS' (perhaps the makers mark).
A unique ring for the girl with distinct taste, sure to please any pearl lover! Pearl is the birthstone for the month June.
