One for the lovers of Tigers eye! A stunning brooch dating back to the Victorian era, circa 1890 - 1900! The bar design boasts four cabochon golden/honey brown natural tiger eye gems - each with a strong 'milky' chatoyant line down the centre. The gemstones have a beautiful sheen and are of a relatively good match. Each measure approximately 10.30mm- 10.50mm length x 7.40 - 7.50mm, 4.30mm - 4.50mm depth, estimated total weight is 13.75 carats. The handcrafted brooch is rolled gold. The individual bezel claw settings are each placed on an angle, which is somewhat unique. A hinged and long pin along with 'C' closure attaches to back.

CONDITION: The overall condition of the antique brooch is very good. Besides some small dark corrosion marks to gold there is no apparent damage to the gemstones. The cat's eye gemstones are all securely set and pin is in good working order. A beautiful antique brooch!
