This beautiful 15ct rose gold diamond buckle ring is a wonderful example of Victorian romance. The popular buckle motif was worn in Victorian times (late 19th century through to early 20th century) as a sentimental token and symbol of eternity, fidelity/loyalty, strength and protection. As the symbol curves around and threads back into itself, creating an eternal loop, it threads through the buckle and tightly overlaps itself.
The ring is crafted in a lovely subtle rose hue and made in 15ct gold. In-between the raised buckle and strap and bead set in a star is one old mine cut diamond. The white diamond measures 2.50mm x 1.5mm- estimated weight- 0.07 carats, it does have some internal inclusions, however glistens beautifully in the light. The total width of ring measures 6.5mm.
Ring measures 8.5 or P 3/4 in finger size and can be resized up or down to a degree.
A classic sentiment of yesteryear which will always be in style....
