This divine vintage amber and diamond ring was made around c 1970's. The ring show's off one good sized golden yellow natural amber, internally there are scintillation's of attractive 'sun spangle' inclusions - an inclusion which forms when thermally enhanced. Surrounding in a silver petal border are 16 rose cut diamond chips, measuring around 1.4mm each, 2 diamonds are damaged- seen under high magnification. The sturdy 3.1mm wide shank is upswept with lovely leaf shaped shoulders. Made from 14ct yellow gold and silver surrounding diamonds, it is stamped "585" (14ct gold) along with an Italian stamp "NA" (Napoli) origin. The finger size of this ring is just over 'P' or 8.
