This Edwardian pin brooch is made in platinum and diamonds. The design is pure and revealing of the Edwardian period, circa 1905. There are 21 diamonds. The stones are perfectly set into a millegrain setting, which is very refined. The rim of the mount was nicely engraved.
Actually, those brooches were used to attach the jabot on the collar. Nowadays, it could simply wear on a black jacket, or on your little black dress for the evening. It weighs 2,8 gr and and it was tested as platinum . In pristine condition, it measures 7,2mm long and the circle is 12,7mm of diameter.
