Heritagem presents :
A delightful Edwardian / Belle Epoque pendant necklace. This one was perfectly handcrafted in 18kt gold and platinum. The pendant has a geometric and a flowery design. The center is set with a natural pearl of 3.87 mm of diameter with a beautiful grey pinkish tint and a nice orient. It is shouldered with 2 diamonds each weighing around 0,30ct with a good color and a good clarity (H/VS). The rest of the pendant is adorned with diamonds with a very refined millegrain setting. It is also set with 2 dangling tassels. The shortest one finishes with a pear shape drop set with an old mine cut diamond and the longest one features a pear drop natural pearl. The pearl has a white tint and it is 6.12 mm long and4.14 mm large.
The pendant is in very good condition. It was made around 1915. The top is in platinum and the back in 18kt gold as the chain. The chain is 40cm (20cm from the hinge to the clasp). The clasp is controlled with the French eagle's head for 18kt gold and it was also tested as platinum.
