An attractive early 20th-century fan advertising the Restaurant Garnier with hand-painted cornflowers on each fold. The
sticks and guards have been dyed pale green and Restaurant Garnier in gilt is on each guard stick.
The fan is in good condition for its age and measures 8" long and when open, has a width of 14.5".
The Restaurant Garnier still exists in Paris and is well known for selling seafood dishes. It sits on the Rue Saint-Lazare
This delightful fan probably dates back to the vibrant era of the 1920/30's.
