A Fine English Silver and Crocodile Leather Mappin & Webb Hip Flask Hallmarked for Birmingham 1911
A fine early King George V silver mounted glass spirit flask with crocodile leather cover and detachable base for use as a drinking cup. The base has English hallmarks for Birmingham 1911 as does the top. Well renowned silversmith makers - Mappin and Webb. Bayonet top which twists to open and close.
Glazed panel to centre of both sides to see how much is left inside. The hip flask measures = 5" long x 3" wide.
The hip flask is in excellent condition for its age, it has been well looked after and does not have any dents in the silver or rips or catches to the crocodile leather cover.
