Norman Brumm was born in 1938 and recently died in 2008 at the age of 69. His first studio was in Norwood Township on Lake Michigan. He started out as a painter but eventually went on to work with enamel on copper. His favorite subjects were the birds and flowers of Michigan. This plate measures 6" in diameter and depicts two black and white birds on branches with a dark green background. Signed on the back in gold paint is Brumm. Very nice condition with a few tiny rim chips that I have shown in the photos.
