Here is pair of white Victorian bloomers / pantaloons. They have a side opening with a button closure. The fabric is gathered at the waistband and is quite full at the legs. The bottom of the legs have three rows of pin tucks and are trimmed in scalloped lace. The measurements are: Waist 23 1/2", Length 26 1/2", Width at bottom of leg 9" and inseam 16". There are two rust stains at the top, the side where the closure is has some yellowing at the top and there are two holes on the back.
