Here is a Victorian long skirt with an interesting asymmetrical hem. It is made of a white fine batiste and is quite fragile. It has a single flounce with a double hem. Running from the waist down to the top of the flounce are 1" bands of lace. In between the bands are circles with pin tucks and lace. The skirt is quite a bit longer on one side than the other. The length starts at 39" and goes up to 50". The waist size is 26". The skirt opens and closes with six sets of hooks and eyes. The sweep around the bottom is at least 180. There are various holes, tears, and stains. Please refer to photos and feel free to ask my any questions.
