This dress was designed by CHD Robbins in the 1940's. The color is a cross between navy blue and periwinkle. It is made of a rayon crepe fabric. It has 3/4 length sleeves and shoulders pads. Around the key hole neckline and radiating out from there are iridescent carnival glass beads. There is an 11" metal zipper on the left hand side. On the right is an inset pocket. There is a curved flap on the skirt part of the dress that drapes from right to left. There is some fading on the upper back, shoulders and also along the sides of the dress. There is a white line across the upper right arm and also a stain. There are a few missing beads and some loose threads. The measurements are: Armpit to armpit 38", waist 31", Hips 36", Sleeve length 18.50", Length from back of neck 45" and Across back of shoulders 15 3/4". It comes with a belt that measures 35" X 3/4".
