REDUCED Vintage Beige Suede Chevreau Elbow Length Gloves Made In France

Here is a pair of French Garanti Chevreau Alexandrine beige suede gloves with woven designs. They were made in France for the Linder Co. in Cleveland, Ohio which changed names in 1949 so the gloves are definitely of that age or earlier. This store was established in the mid 1800's and imported many items from France. The gloves are elbow length and have an interesting woven design on the backs. They are a stated size 6 1/4. From the tip of the middle finger to the cuff measures 15 3/4". The width at the cuff is 5". Across the base of the fingers is 2 1/2" and across the base of the thumb is 3". The fingers are a little soiled and there is a tiny blue ink spot below the left thumb. There is a hole at the bottom of the design on the left glove.
