This is a very well made jacket by Jaeger of London made in the 1960's. It has a double row of brass colored buttons and one button on each sleeve. Each button is backed by a small clear button inside. It has three pockets with flaps, one on the upper left side and two on the front at the hips. It is tapered at the waist and lies flat over the hips. The top pocket is for looks only and half of the flap needs to be sewn down. It is lined with a maroon colored fabric. It is a stated size 10 but vintage sizes are very different from today's. I would say that without a shirt underneath it is a 4 with sleeves that are shorter than normal. The flat measurements are as follows: Armpit to armpit 34", Waist 32", Hips 35", Sleeve length 21.25", Length from back of neck 27.50" and Across back of shoulders 15.50". There are no holes or stains. There are some stains on the lining and some tears under the arms and near the label.
