This peignoir set was designed by Odette Barsa in the 1950's. The nightgown is made of light aqua nylon and has a beige thin layer of nylon over it. There is ecru lace around the front and back, down the middle and along the hem. Around the neckline and the back a satin ribbon is woven through the lace trim. There are satin ribbons at the center of the neck and at the bottom. There is no size label but I would say that both pieces are a size L. On the nightgown from armpit to armpit measures 42" and the length from the back of the neck is 44.50".
The robe is the same except the top layer is all lace. The same ribbon is woven through the placket and the edges of the sleeves. The collar has two layers. The robe closes with two snaps at the top and two more down the front. There is an inset pocket at the hip of the right side. The flat measurements of the robe are: Armpit to armpit 43", Sleeve length 13.75", Length from back of neck 56" and Across back of shoulders 16.50".
Both pieces are in very nice condition with no holes or stains.
