This is the quintessential little black dress made of rayon crepe with ruffle details that give it that little extra pizzazz. It has a double ruffle along the neckline, the back edge and along the zipper down to the hem. A tiny bow sits at the center of the neckline. It has a plunging back and a 14" zipper below that. Above the zipper is a hook and eye. It is fully lined with two different kinds of fabric, one for the bodice and another for the rest of the dress. It is a stated size 12 but vintage sizes are very different from today's. I would say it is more of a 4 or 6. The flat measurements are as follows: Bust 34", Waist 29", Hips 34" and Length 39". No issues detected. It has the ILGWU label that was used during the 1960's.
