This very rare folder / envelope purse once held an Invitation or Charter. It is made out of red Leather and lined with blue Silk. It displays a Royal or Ducal Crown and a "V" and is dated 29. November 1890. It was made by Julius Bermann in Hannover.

It is quite likely that this extraordinary folder bag is somewhat connected to The British Royal Family - since Queen Victoria, who was ruling in 1890, was a member of the house of Hannover and had many relatives in the German Area around Hannover.

Measurements: 17" by 5 1/2" inch - unfolds completely (see pictures)

Condition: Good Antique Condition - some small marks and folds (please see pictures)
