This beautiful Needle Cabinet Dispenser is a rare 19th Century find. It was made for the Company of Georg Printz in Aachen and was a Shop Display to feature his patented "Blitznadeln" (Lightning Needles) . It still has most of the Advertising Logo (Paper Decals) on it. It is completely made out of hard wood and iron fittings & springs. It has 12 windows for needles. Each of it is spring loaded so that the inserted packs of needles would always be available for the customer. It is a very unusual piece and would look great with other antique Display cabinets or in a sewing room.
Measurements: circa 11" by 12" by 6"
Condition: The Display is in good working condition. It could be loaded with new needles any time. There is a piece of moulding missing on one side. It has a great Patina. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES)
