This set of two amazing engravings was made in the 19th Century. They show two maps of the World. One depicts the Western Hemisphere and the other one the Eastern Hemisphere.
The one of the Western Hemisphere spans from Siberia over Canada, Greenland Iceland to Northern Scotland and the Shetland Islands in the North all the way down to New Zealand and Cape Horn in the South. It naturally includes the USA, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and even the west coast of Africa.
The Eastern Hemisphere map spans from Iceland, Northern Europe including Svalbard to Russia in the north to South Africa, India and Australia in the South. Naturally it also shows all countries in Africa, Europe & Asia as well.
The maps are amazing Engravings featuring great details. Depicted are Lakes, Mountains, Rivers, Cities & Countries, Telegraph Lines & Ship routes and much more. It would look even more beautiful after being matted and framed.
