Not only the engraving is very detailed and made by a true artist, but also the coloring - conducted by hand with watercolor and brush - is amazing. Depicted is a view of the Palace in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. The engraving dates back to the year 1828.

Schloss Oldenburg (Oldenburg palace) is the former residence of the counts (1667–1785), dukes (1785–1815) and grand dukes (1815–1918) of Oldenburg. The building now houses part of the State Museum for Art and Cultural History.
