This set of two amazing engravings was made in the 19th Century. The zoological Prints show each 3 different kinds of Reptiles. One engraving shows a Hemidactylus (house gecko), a Gymnodactylus (naked-toed gecko) and a flying gecko. The other engraving shows a depictions of a Leiolepis, commonly known as butterfly lizard, a brown basilisk and another kind of lizard. The steel engravings are very detailed and have the French name of each Reptile printed under the depiction. The perfect gift for a Fishermen.
