This amazing antique tile from the Netherlands is a true gem.It was made around 1730 - 1760 and once was mounted as a fireplace decoration, or on a kitchen wall. The tile was made from clay, tin glazed and hand painted in the city of Delft. It shows a Fisherman standing by the River and in the background a lovely little Snail.
