This lavishly illustrated children’s book was published by Saalfield Publishing in 1932. The images measure 7.5 x 9.75 inches on pages measuring 10.5 x 12.5 inches. There are richly painted images of colts, puppies, goat kids, kittens, calves, piglets, rabbits and donkey colts. The book has heavy paper pages that have browned with age. The cover is loose; all pages are present. There are stains on the front cover and ink writing inside. Staples are rusted.
