Exquisite! That is the only way for me to describe this boxed set of 10 brass cloisonné snuff bottles. The craftsmanship is superb. Each has a tiny brass chain holding a stopper, lid or cap. Some have handles, some are triangular in shape, some are cylindrical, others bulbous. The colors are bright and vibrant. The black one has Beijing in brass wire as a banner around the bottom. Each one has a red cartouche with Chinese characters. We are fortunate this set was kept intact and I am selling it intact. The padded case has a woven silk covering of greens and browns. The original sales tag stating “Made in China” remains attached. Bottles are approximately 2 inches tall. The box measures 8 5/8 x 6.5 x 2 inches.
