Sophie May wrote this addition to the Little Miss Prudy series of stories from the 1800s. This copy was copyrighted 1892 by Rebecca S. Clarke (Sophie May), published by Lee & Shepard. Darkened by coal dust, the age of this volume is evident, however it is in good condition. The front cover shows a young girl looking out a window. This cover is attached to the book by two threads and all the pages are intact and connected. The front fly leaf has a small piece missing on the edge. There is a tiny rip at the top of the spine and the corners are slightly bent inward.
