"Brown bark textured panels alternating with perpendicular stripes with cascades of leaves and berries, also brown." This description is found on page 29 of The Collectors Encyclopedia of Roseville Pottery by Sharon and Bob Huxford. Florentine is depicted and described on pages 129 & 130 of Introducing Roseville Pottery by Mark Bassett. This jardiniere has a partial ink stamp and a red crayon mark on the bottom. This specimen is in fine condition with crisp moulding. There is a greenware 'ding' in the rim that was glazed over before firing, This is a handsome, affordable addition to your Roseville collection. Purchased in the Zanesville, Ohio area. I call this pot small. Measurements are: Top diameter - 6 inches; Foot diameter - 3 1/2 inches; Depth - 5 inches;
Circumference around widest point - 21 1/2 inches; Handles - 1 3/4 inches.
