This small colorful purse was handmade in the Philippines. It is unmarked, but I bought it from the maker's sister who had an entire boutique dedicated to her sister's creations. The bands of color pop - pink, red, orange, blue, gold, green & a hint of white. This is a complex fabric cut into one piece, sewn to a black liner fabric, then sewn up one side and across the bottom. The drawstring casing was formed by two rows of stitches near the too to form an area for the drawstring to be threaded through. The drawstring is a black braided cord of medium weight. Two cords have been threaded through the casing, then through a large wooden bead before being knotted . A long cord forms an over-the-shoulder strap with an 18 inch drop. The inside has been finished so well that i am going to say this purse is reversible.
