This Roseville Futura vase stands 10.25" high by 5" in diameter. It is referred to as 'The Falling Bullet' vase by collectors, and it is one of the more elusive vases to find in the Futura line. This screaming Art Deco form rises as a corseted and trumpeted vase, buttressed at the lower sides and balanced on a circular platform. There are sweet blue blossoms with thin whispy stems adorning this vase, a simple, yet striking presentation. It is glazed in a gorgeous yellow glaze, blushing to a warm amber near the base. The blue blossoms stand out nicely against the yellow ground. This vase is unmarked, but it is guaranteed to be vintage Roseville, circa 1928. This beauty is in excellent condition, with a very good restoration to a base edge chip. There is some stray amber glaze on the interior rim, which we show in the photos. This very hard-to-find vase makes an awesome presentation!
