This Roseville Early Velmoss vase stands 12" high by 7.5" in diameter. It has a wonderful full-bodied handsomel form with a bulb base and a flaring collar. There are beautiful stylized organic leaves, overlapping each other, eminating from the base and lapping up the sides to the collar. The glaze colors are fabulous, with a varigated mix of greens with ochre, and hints of red, in a satin matte finished glaze. This vase is unmarked, but it is shape number 138-12. It is in excellent condition, with a very good restoration to a simple chip on the rim. This vessel makes a wonderfully organic Arts & Crafts presentation!
