This Fulper vase stands a respectable 9.5" high by 8" in diameter. It has a wonderful full-bodied form, with boxy handles at the shoulders, in a nice Arts & Crafts presentation. This vase is glazed in a rich green over royal blue glaze, with a glossy sheen at the top, and a matte finish over the blue. It is marked with the Fulper squared racetrack mark, dating it to circa 1909-1917. It is in excellent condition, with restoration to both handles, and the usual glaze nuances common to Fulper pots. It has a slight lean, not uncommon with heavy Fulper pots, which is not obvious on one side, but is noted on the other. A felt pad might reduce it to the eye. The circular shadow marks at the center are from camera glare, the glaze is quite uniform in finish. This vessel makes a fabulous Arts & Crafts presentation!
