Isoda Koryusai (1764-1788), Japanese Woodblock Print 'Two Beauties with Monkeys', from the series 'Models for Fashion: New Year Designs as Fresh as Young Leaves' This print depicts two women, a princess and her maid, playing with a pair of monkeys. It has beautiful color, with very refined details. This is a woodblock print, originally published c1775, this print is c1950. It bears Koryusai's cipher, along with a Title and Series box, and a publisher's seal. It is unframed, and measures 11" high by 7.5" wide. It is in excellent original condition, with stray paper on the right edges from being tipped in a portfolio, no damage. P3218
