Terrific print of the famous teahouse along the Tokaido road, the sign in the foreground proudly proclaiming "Fuji viewing Teahouse." The visitors to the teahouse are relaxed, viewing the mountain in the distance. Terrific, traditional scenery. This print measures 8.25" high by 11.75" long, including the margins. It is in excellent condition, no tears, holes or stains. It bears Hokusai's Kanji cipher, a series and title box in Kanji script, along with the publisher's seal cleverly scribed on the Coolie's hat in the lower right of the print. Published c1830 -1834, Print c1950 P9018
