This Roseville Imperial II bowl stands 5.25" high by a bulbous 9" in diameter. This is a stellar example of Imperial II. This form is a wonderful full-bodied, high-sided form, with a highly stylized design that presents like fiddlehead ferns or leafy buds, a very pleasing presentation. The ground glaze color is a beautiful deep and rich pink with fabulous random drips in a minty green, which begins at the rim, covering the pot from tip to toe. The pink on the sides is rather subdued in the photos. This large center bowl is shape number '206' and it is marked in red pencil with those numbers, and guaranteed to be vintage Roseville from the early 1930s. This beauty is in excellent restored condition, for a simple rim chip, and it presents beautifully. This Imperial II high-sided bowl makes a stunning presentation!
