This colorful, round brooch is stamped on the reverse "925, Israel." The sterling silver metalwork has a gold overlay. There are 7 gemstones, each round, cabochon-cut and bezel-set. The center stone, the largest at 13 mm wide, is a tiger-eye. The other six stones all measure 8 mm wide. They are two additional tiger-eye stones, a rose quartz, green onyx, aventurine, and carnelian. Between each of these six stones is a row of white, glass beads. The composition is quite stunning. The reverse is fitted with a pin-back and clasp, and a loop for a chain. This is estimated to be from the 1950s/1960s. It weighs 14.2 grams. The condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, warps, breaks, or losses.
