This very unusual bracelet is 7 3/4 inches long and 7/16 inch wide, and consists of four narrow panels, each decorated with three disks. Eleven disks depict apostles, and one depicts a papal figure. The main bracelet is yellow gold, while these disks are made of white, rose, or yellow gold. Each panel is connected by gold mesh. The clasp is a hefty lobster claw and loop. The bracelet itself is stamped in two places, "14K, Italy." the clasp is stamped "585" on the closure. The bracelet is very well constructed and is in excellent condition. There are no wrinkles, bends, breaks, monograms, or losses of any type. It appears to have been very well cared for. We believe it was made in the late 20th century, although there is no maker's mark. The weight is 16.8 grams.
