Pair of slightly slanting candle sticks gives them an usual appearance and unique. They were made this way. They both have long tailed pheasants, highly detailed.
Metal appears to be Pewter looking inside from the bottom, with a gold tone gilt out side, with loss of the gold gilt, gives them the patina they deserve.
Made by a company Weildlich Bros, whom operated in Bridge Port Connecticut from 1901-to 1950's when they closed. Flauder was the designer for over 60 years and designed patents from 1913-1948. The Welidlich Bros were Frank, Louis, and William and produced a wide variety of art metal ware, most were silver plated. This one has a gold gilt. Picture shows the logo and number 2273.
The candle sticks measure 11" the pheasant measures 7" long for the width of the candle stick. x bass is 5" long x 5" wide
