The large casserole dish is a Queen corn, the remaining are King corn. The first of Shawnee Corns were white corn then came King and Queen Corn in 1946. Notice the bottoms of the pieces you see the raised rim on the entire bottom piece, typical for authentic Shawnee, the Shawnee marks. 6
They are all in excellent condition, no chips cracks or crazing on the pieces.
The casserole dish measures 11" long x 6" to the top of the corn husk lid, x 6" wide from the widest point, The butter dish measures 7" long x 4" to the top of the corn husk x 3 1/4" wide this butter dish was made for the larger sized butter used in this time period. The large bowl can be used as a vegetable side dish or bowl of cereal, measures 6 1/4" wide from the rim x 3" tall, I only have one salt shaker it measures 3" tall x 2" wide from the bottom
