16” Character 560a Toddler Antique Doll by Armand Marseille Germany

Character Toddler Baby by Armand Marseille. Model 560a. Made in Germany. Early 1900’s. Measures 16 inches. Darling character toddler with a smile and slight dimples! Lovely modeling of this doll with delicately applied facial detailing! Expertly painted eyelashes and a sweet partially opened mouth with two teeth! No chips, no hairlines and no repairs to the bisque head. Minor wear to the head with some wig glue residue and a few lighter areas in the bisque around the top rim. Working original blue glass sleep eyes with original eyelid wax. All original finish to her lovely five piece toddler baby body with no repaint. Minor rubs around the neck opening and a chip up under her left fore finger tip. She is nicely strung and will hold poses very well. She wears a soft cotton diaper, a sleeveless shirt with a button closure and a matching dress and bonnet. All in excellent condition. She has a vintage human hair replacement wig with adorable curls in the back. This is a darling doll that is a character toddler baby, one of Armand Marseille’s finer, more elaborate babies. She is a great little doll with an endearing face that will surely charm you.
