This item is a lovely AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN FRAME. IT is beautifully decorated with applied painted embellishments to include a small bird in flight at the top and a rose and a dahlia type flower at either side of the bottom plus three faux jewels. It is in excellent condition. The frame measures 5 1/2"H and 3 1/2"W. It accepts a photo measuring 3 3/4"H by 2 1/2"W.
